Returns & Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Tharros Brand.
We want you to love every product you order from us. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns, refunds, and shipping.

1. Shipping Information

We currently ship orders within Greece and to select international destinations. All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Greece: 2–7 business days
  • Europe: 5–14 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or courier issues beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

2. Lost or Damaged Packages

Tharros Brand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the courier. However, if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at tharrosbrand@gmail.com with your order number, and we will work with the courier to find a solution.

3. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (including packaging and tags).
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  • Items returned after 14 days may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

4. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at paschaliskot@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return (optional but helpful)

We will reply within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Tharros Brand is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please indicate this in your return email. We will confirm availability before approving the exchange.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  • Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at tharrosbrand@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund.

9. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless faulty)
